ATV Use & Riding on Trailers on City Streets

The City of Highland Police Department contacted us and asked us to remind everyone that the use of four wheelers on the streets of Highland is prohibited. The Police Department will confiscate the ATV’s of any offenders. They also asked us to remind everyone that people riding on the back of trailers is prohibited and violators will be ticketed.

“No four wheelers and/or golf carts allowed on the public street by order of the Highland Police Department.  Riding on the back of trailers is also prohibited.”

We greatly appreciate the City of Highland Police Department giving us the chance to remind everyone of this information.  They are very understanding and helpful in giving us the chance to remind everyone, instead of ticketing and confiscating ATV’s right off the bat.

The City of Highland laws are in effect as soon as you exit the pit gate entrance, Park Street is a city maintained road. The road behind the livestock barns, Racetrack Road is also a city maintained road.

Thank you all for understanding and thank you for your cooperation!
