Highland Speedway is having a private practice this Saturday, June 6. The first 30 cars to register will take the track on Saturday. There will be 2 pit crew with the driver per car. Cost will be $120 per car for a four hour practice from 1:00 – 5:00 pm. I will give instructions on how to sign up at 6:00 pm tonight. If there are more than 30 cars that want to sign up, we will add another practice.

Dear Race Fans: Out of abundance of caution and by direction of City of Highland and State of Illinois Officials, all race events including Play Day, Lucky 40, Party in the Park and future races are postponed until further notice due to the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Highland Speedway Officials are working on an alternative plan and will be releasing more information as it becomes available.

Highland Speedway will be having a work day on Saturday, March 14, at 9:00 am (weather permitting). This is to get the grounds ready for Play Day on Sunday, March 15. Everyone is invited to come out and help get the Highland Speedway ready for their 59th season of racing..   CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER

Highland Speedway is pleased to announce that Kurt Vonder Haar has joined the Highland Speedway as our new Marketing Director. He will be helping us during our 2020 season. We welcome him to the 59th year of  racing at the Highland Speedway.
